Arrival was born out of a personal journey rooted in a desire to make a difference. I spent years working within letting agents, property management, and utility companies, gaining a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by both customers and operators.

During my time in the utilities sector, I saw how many companies were focused on hiding costs from customers, prioritising profits over transparency and fairness. It became clear to me that the system wasn’t working for the people who needed it most.

Unfortunately what I found was far worse. Hidden fees, misleading pricing and behaviours that saw customers as nothing more than a number.

How does Arrival make money?

We make our money by charging a platform fee. This is a monthly amount that allows us to run the team, build the technology and help attract more customers and save more people more money.

What is autoswitching?

You can choose to opt in to autoswitching when you sign up to Arrival. If you choose to, we'll make sure that we keep you on the lowest fixed tariff available and never let your current tariff lapse onto a more expensive rate.

Do I need to do anything?

Whilst we try hard to prevent you doing anything, sometimes a paper bill may arrive at the property. If this happens, you can simply send us a photo through the app or whatsapp and our AI will automatically deal with this for you.
