FAQs

Questions about rental guarantees.

A guarantor agrees to cover your rent if you don’t pay it. Landlords and letting agents often ask for one when a tenant is new to the UK, renting for the first time, self-employed or earning less than their usual income requirement. Arrival can act as your guarantor by issuing a rental guarantee to your landlord or letting agent.
