How it works
We assess each application, issue the guarantee and provide clear confirmation of cover. Applicants apply online, so there’s nothing extra for your team to process.
What you receive
Once a guarantee is issued, you receive a certificate showing who and what is covered, for how long, and its reference. Quote the reference whenever you contact us about the guarantee.

You remain in control of the tenancy and your existing rent collection arrangements. The guarantee sits alongside them.

Your rent collection
Tenants keep paying rent however you collect it now. They don’t need to move payments to Arrival.
Your process
Arrival doesn’t take over possession proceedings or re-letting. The guarantee gives you a way to recover unpaid rent and eligible legal expenses.
Who it helps
Applicants who can’t provide a suitable UK guarantor, including people relocating to the UK, renting independently for the first time or self-employed. Each application is assessed, and we can’t approve every applicant.
